have been suspended due to outstanding payment.
NOTICE REGARDING PAYMENT DEFAULT

The agreed service payment remains outstanding despite the completion
and provision of the requested web services.

Repeated attempts to contact management:
The responsible management was contacted regarding the outstanding
payment, but calls were not answered when payment was due.

Service interruption:
Because the outstanding balance has not been settled, website and
associated services have been suspended.

No further service will be provided:
Website maintenance, technical support, hosting-related services,
and restoration will remain suspended until the outstanding amount
is fully settled.

Management responsibility:
The current interruption is a direct result of the unresolved
payment obligation and failure to respond to payment-related
communication.
"Services cannot be expected to continue when agreed payments are
deliberately left unresolved and payment-related communication is ignored."
If the management of Chitwan Park Village wishes to restore its website
and online services, the outstanding balance must be settled and
confirmation of payment must be provided to the service provider.
Restoration will only be considered after full payment.
